Originating from Cut-N-Shoot, Texas (real place) I am a proud father of 5 and have been married over 23 years. I enjoy singing, cooking and have combined the two (much to my family's dismay) in what I call "kitchen Karaoke". I have been in executive leadership for over 20 years and worked for large retail and supply chain organizations for which I have taught DEI, Lean philosophy, team building and advanced problem solving. I have led, developed, and mentored teams up to 400, sharing my leadership philosophy both live and remote. I truly believe that service in leadership is a gift. I also believe that the secret to tapping into the potential of a person or team is about genuine connection, trust, and transparency.
